Our CEO
Björn has built an impressive 25-year career with the Belgian Police Force, excelling as a First Chief Inspector specializing in Crowd Control and special tactics.
Besides this, he devoted 19 years to the Belgian Navy as a Reserve Officer, focusing on Naval Cooperation and Guidance of Shipping to strengthen relationships between the Navy and its commercial counterparts. Björn played a pivotal role in numerous missions and operations, ensuring the safety of civilian vessels, while also leading various NATO working groups. Additionally, he brings a wealth of expertise in private security, having served as a respected trainer at a prestigious European security institute for an extensive period.
Transitioning to a new chapter in 2015, Björn embraced roles within European projects, specializing as a crisis management and MDA trainer, as well as a CPX planner. In April 2021, he embarked on the CRIMARIO II initiative as an IORIS trainer, now commanding the role of Senior Instructor, shaping the next generation of professionals in the field.
During this career, Björn has assembled an exceptional team of professionals ready to deploy whenever the clients need.
